Amador Bustos

Mr. Bustos is currently the Chairman and CEO of Bustos Media, LLC, a leading private broadcasting company and one of the most active Spanish language radio consolidators in the U.S.

Previously, Mr. Bustos was Chairman and CEO of Z-Spanish Media, Corp. which was built in a period of eight years to own 32 radio stations, plus 44 affiliates around the country using one of his company’s three syndicated Spanish language formats.

In August 2000 Z-Spanish merged with Entravision Communications Corp. at a valuation of well over $450 million. Mr. Bustos was a member on the Entravision Board of Directors from August 2000 until December 2003.

Mr. Bustos is currently a member of the Board of the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) and is also a Directors of Broadcast Music, Incorporated (BMI). He is a member of the Investment Committee of Hispania Capital Partners; a Chicago based investment fund which provides equity financing to mid-stage companies throughout the United States. Mr. Bustos is also a member of the Board of Directors of American River Bank, a NASDAQ traded Sacramento community business bank.

Zee Ferrufino
Owner and president of KBNO 1280AM Spanish Radio in Denver, CO., which reaches an audience of over 500,000 Hispanics in the metro area. Mr. Ferrufino has over 30 years experience in business as owner of Denver Fine Furniture and Denver Music Distributing. In addition to serving as a member of the COLOARDO BASEBALL COMMISSION, he has been, and remains, a very active member of the community and has served on several boards and commission. He was recognized as the "AMERICAN BY CHOICE" by Governor Lamm in 1977; OUTSTANDING BUSINESS PERSON in 1983 by the Minority Business and Professional Directory; selected by Governor Romer to the International Business Development Committee; received the ADVOCATE OF THE YEAR by the Small Business Administration. Mr. Ferrufino recently received a SPECIAL CONGRESSIONAL PROCLAMATION BY THE U.S. CONGRESS for his achievements and community work in the State of Colorado and he was a recipient of the DANIEL RITCHIE ETHICS IN BUSINESS AWARD. Ronald Gordon

Ronald J. Gordon is the founder and majority shareholder of ZGS Communications, Inc., a Hispanic-owned Spanish-language communications company with interest in television and radio stations, including the largest independent group of television stations affiliated with the Telemundo network. A native of Peru, Mr. Gordon has over 20 years experience serving America’s fast-growing Hispanic community. His creative thinking, market insight and commitment have allowed ZGS to post steady and consistent growth over the years and establish itself as one of the leading Hispanic owned communications companies in the country.

ZGS owns and operates ten Spanish-language television stations in Boston, Hartford, Springfield, Providence, Washington, D.C., Orlando, Tampa, Ft. Myers, El Paso and Raleigh, all affiliated with the Telemundo network. In addition, ZGS owns and operates three radio stations in Tampa and Washington, D.C. Over the years ZGS stations have earned a reputation for quality, professionalism, and a strong commitment to the Hispanic community. Mr. Gordon, a hands-on manager, is responsible for the overall strategic direction and operating performance of the company, as well as the development of its management team. He has been recognized with numerous awards including 5 Emmy Awards, 2 Telly Awards, the White House Media Achievement Award, Hispanic Business Person of the Year (Hispanic Business Institute 2000), and Man of the Year for Small Business (Greater Washington Ibero-American Chamber of Commerce 2000). Mr. Gordon received a B.A. in International Relations with a minor in Economics from Syracuse University.

Anthony Michael Hernandez

Anthony M. Hernandez has served in several positions of leadership in the media industry and has assisted several entities in structuring successful growth business units that have reached profitability. Mr. Hernandez has served as Director and held Executive and Senior positions in various media companies that he either co-founded or managed for third party ownership groups. His career had early beginnings based on a family media upbringing. Born in New York City, NY in 1970, and now married and a parent of four children, Mr. Hernandez has had the experience of being able to not only live and grow as a U.S. second generation Latino but experience first hand parenting of the third generation Latino and establish several years of residence in Puerto Rico and the country of Mexico where he learned in both instances the differences and similitudes of Hispanic culture outside the U.S. and its integration into a mixed Latino culture. Mr. Hernandez has accomplished the following:

  • Manages three separate business units (Radio Group, Network Radio, Cable Television Sales & Distribution)
  • Developed a New Media Division including responsibilities in creating international content partnerships, negotiating deals, locating and entering into strategic distribution deals with cellular phone companies, IPTV providers, VOD providers, and more.

Enye Radio Group, LLC

  • Planned development and acquisition strategies for radio ownership for Enye Radio Group, LLC
  • Negotiated, sought financing, and entered into various agreements that resulted in acquisitions or leases of a select group of radio stations in the Southeast
  • Managed and Operated a small group of owned and operated stations in Georgia in underdeveloped Hispanic markets (supervising all staff including: Sales, Programming, Promotions, Engineering, P&L Administration)

Enye Media Reps, LLC

  • Developed strategic partnerships with various video distribution companies for alternative media distribution deals for existing media platforms
  • Consulted and Developed Sales and Marketing strategies for Claxson Communications (a Cisneros Group company based in Buenos Aires, Argentina & Miami)
  • Developed Sales, Programming, & Marketing Strategies for Grupo Formula & MVS Communications (both based in Mexico City with U.S. presence)

Enye Radio Networks, LLC

  • Developed, Managed, & Created a U.S. radio network presence for blue chip media companies with a successful affiliate base. Some of these companies include Radio Formula Network, MVS Radio, and others
  • Developed business plan and operational budget for Hollywood Channel Productions syndication efforts (including MRN Radio Network)

LEN MEDIA / LEN RADIO (Chief Executive Officer)

  • Negotiated, sought financing, and entered into various agreements that resulted in acquisitions or LMA’s of various radio station properties on both the U.S. East and West coasts
  • Oversaw O&O and leased radio stations in high growth Hispanic markets in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and California (supervising all staff including: Sales, Programming, Promotions, Engineering, P&L Administration)
  • Developed strategic alliances with HBC, SBS, MVS, Entravision, Grupo Formula, Westwood One, Jones Radio Networks, Clear Channel, Infinity, Excelsior, True Measure, and United Stations Radio Network
  • Supervised development of original programming such as La Super K’dena, Noti-Express, and Viva La Raza
  • Supervised syndication of previous national morning shows like: “El Chulo y La Bola,” “El Cucuy de la Tarde,” “El Reventon Mañanero,” “La Papaya,” and “El Show de los Picudos”
  • Developed growth strategy, managed, and supervised several radio networks including: BDS Latino, Impacto Latino, Primer Plato del Dia, Monitor Latino, Radio Lazer, La Favorita, La Campesina, EXA-FM, NFL en Español, La Gran Cadena, La Movidita, E! Entertainment in Spanish, etc.
  • Created a radio network format that transitioned former stations of the Z Spanish Radio Network with a seamless transition in coordination with Entravision Radio
  • Provided Jones-Media America with an exit strategy and transition of their former Hispanic business unit
  • Created the Amigo Radio Network which took their station group to the number one position in several markets in Hispanic ranking (Austin, Waco, Laredo, Corpus Christi, etc.) with the popular show of “El Chulo y La Bola” and “EL Show de Javier Salgado”
  • Developed, Programmed, and Managed the first ever Spanish language satellite radio format delivered across the globe to subscribers in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia in partnership with World Space Satellite Corporation
  • Created the SBS Radio Network and consulted with Spanish Broadcasting Systems in the development of such entity
  • Developed for Clear Channel Radio the strategic plan and research for its creation of a network of Hispanic targeted radio stations across the country and the development of a strategy utilizing a hybrid radio network and local content play in order to increase audience share
